COVID-19 Regulations Update 5/11/21

COVID-19 UPDATE 05/11/2021:
Today Idaho entered Phase 4 of the state reopening. With that reopening comes changes for our event. With the current guidance and insurance requirements we are able to lift the COVID vaccine requirements. Here is our current COVID protocols.
2021 COVID-19 Protocols
– Temperature check is required of all attendees, staff, guests, vendors and artists at registration to pick up your badges/wristbands. – Under continued CDC and State of Idaho guidance as we are an indoor event masks must be worn by all attendees, staff, guests, vendors and artists at all times unless actively eating or drinking while remaining stationary. – Wider aisles will still be used. – Traditional pipe and drape will return to the vendor booths. All additional barriers will not be installed. If an artist/vendor requests a barrier to be installed at their booth, it will be available for a nominal fee. – Attendance cap has been removed.
We are still attempting to coordinate with the hotel in regards to Bar, Restaurant, Lunch Service, Undead Buffet and other items in this category and once there are updates we will announce them.
